Terms of Service

“Services” means all software, platforms, APIs, consulting, architecture, integrations and digital solutions provided by Gaspei, including but not limited to:

• KitchenHQ
• Biekwan Navigation
• ShopHQ
• Custom-built client systems
• APIs and infrastructure
• Websites and applications

“User”, means any individual, business or organization using Gaspei services.

“Client” means any entity that enters into a contractual agreement with Gaspei.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with these Terms
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes

If you do not agree, you must not use Gaspei Services.

Gaspei provides:

• Software architecture and system design
• SaaS platforms and business management tools
• API development and integrations
• Consulting and advisory services
• Cloud infrastructure and automation systems
• Custom software development

Gaspei reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Services at any time.

To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify Gaspei immediately of unauthorized access

Gaspei is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Gaspei systems
• Reverse engineer or copy Gaspei software
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with system security
• Abuse APIs or overload infrastructure
• Use the Services for fraud or deceptive practices

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Clients retain full ownership of their data. Gaspei:

• Does not claim ownership of client data
• Processes data only to provide Services
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Implements security safeguards

Gaspei may access client data only: To provide support, with client authorization, or for security or legal purposes.

All Gaspei intellectual property, including software, code, architecture, APIs, designs, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Gaspei unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, resell, modify, or distribute Gaspei intellectual property without written permission.

If Services require payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as agreed in contracts or invoices. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Gaspei aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Gaspei is not liable for downtime, system interruptions, or technical failures.

Gaspei implements industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and users share responsibility for securing their accounts.
